Have a load of photos that I would like to upload to dA but the process is soooooo long-winded it's just not worth it.
If the site ever implements a system like Facebook, then I will make the effort, but while it's a matter of doing ONE IMAGE AT A TIME, I really can't be arsed with the time it takes.
Wake up, dA. And no, I won't pay for premium membership when I can do the same thing (or better) for free on several other sites.
If you like my photographs, and would like to see more recent ones, feel free to add me on FB (www.facebook.com/Denvish) - just make sure you let me know you're coming from dA, otherwise the request will be refused.

Spring again
Hurrah!
Three good Welsh weekends on the trot, and I've already been exploring & swimming in mountain streams several times - water's still chilly for late April, after the long winter, but nothing makes me feel more alive.
New job unfortunately finds me stuck in an office 9-5, unlike the last one working from home, so the weekends become more precious - which is good in some ways, bad in others. Since I've been left in the same state of no commitments by my (bitch of a cheating) ex-wife, I'm able (and finally starting to realise and relish it, after nearly two years) to enjoy my free time as I wish.
This usually consists of packing up the
Coldness
Went to look for a stone circle up near Cefn Coch yesterday, it was quite sunny to start with, but as the afternoon wore on and the wind picked up it got colder. By the time I got back to the car at about 5:30, I was chilled to the bone. The first sign of winter, booooooooo...
As for the circle, it was so unimpressive I didn't even bother to take pictures. It was pretty large in radius, probably 20+ metres, but the highest stone was probably a foot above ground, and many of the other stones were missing or obscured by clumps of rushes. Shame really, I was hoping for something a little more spectacular. Did stumble across a rather nice ruine
Erm
I was going to say something here, but I forgot.
Probably wouldn't have been that interesting anyway.
